Terms and Conditions:

1. By submitting and redeeming the Promotional Card enclosed in the Mystery Envelope, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion limited to the United States and District of Columbia and is void where prohibited.
3. Eligibility. Must be at least 18 years old to participate. Employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase necessary for free product promotion redemption. Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States. Limited to one recipient per household for the duration of the Promotional Period. Valid ID must be presented at time of Promotion redemption.
4. Effective date. All promotional cards, upon surrender, become the exclusive property of Lovesac and will not be returned once redeemed. Vouchers must be redeemed in the Lovesac store in Fashion Valley, San Diego before the end of the Promotion. Unredeemed Mystery Envelopes are null and void at the end of the Promotional Period. No cash redemption. Merchant not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged promotional cards or unauthorized use. Void if altered, copied or reproduced in any manner.
5. Delivery. It is at Lovesac's sole discretion based on factors not limited solely to inventory levels and redemption rate, to elect to require free product (i.e. Lovesac Merchandise) be shipped direct to the customer in lieu of being taken with them at the time of the event. Timing and mode of shipping via common carrier are at the sole discretion of Lovesac. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Lovesac is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver goods to recipients.
   Rights. Recipients must agree to the use of their names, voices, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Indemnification. You agree to release and hold Lovesac, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
7. Choice of law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Lovesac in connection with the Promotion, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Connecticut.
